  • Long Island
    From Nassau to Suffolk, Long Island sevaks keep pantries stocked, community kitchens humming, and families supported with steady, practical care. Hunger Relief & Pantry Support Week after week, volunteers gathered and delivered fresh food and pantry staples, supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities, Soup to Nuts Soup Kitchen, The Interfaith Nutrition Network, Pax Christi Hospitality Center, Faith Mission Food Pantry, and Tri Community & Youth Agency. These recurring routes transform surplus and donations into full plates for neighbors across the Island. School & Youth Support Back-to-school and mid-year drives sent backpacks and supply kits to public schools and youth hubs, reaching Hicksville School District, Huntington School District, Brentwood School District, and the Wyandanch Community Resource Center. Each kit carried notebooks, pencils, and confidence into classrooms. Seniors, Hospitals & Community Care Care also extended to seniors and patients—through deliveries to Sunrise of Dix Hills Senior Living, comfort-item donations at Plainview Hospital, and wellness-oriented programs with Mid Island Y JCC .     Clothing & Essentials for Families Thanks to a local donor’s clothing business, sevaks assembled and delivered warm clothing for children and families via the NYC Mayor’s Office, ensuring new arrivals and immigrant households received timely, dignified support.
  • Queens
    Family Meals & Care Packs Queens volunteers prepared hearty meals and care packs, partnering with Ronald McDonald House Charities and community hub Commonpoint Queens to reach families with ready-to-eat foods, fruit, and pantry staples. Service days also joined hands with Sairam Narayana Seva, extending the circle of support across the borough.
