This domain name and the trade name / trade mark / brand name Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care and all its contents are jointly owned by Shrimad Rajchandra Sarvamangal Trust (hereinafter referred to as “SRST”) and its syndicate members, co-trusts, sub-ordinate trusts, affiliated trusts, worldwide Centres and all other entities and groups owned and controlled by the said main legal entity, viz. SRST.

By using this site, you grant your assent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you are not authorized to use this website. These terms govern your use of the website, any content (including but not limited to text, data, information, software, graphics, music, or photographs) that SRST and its syndicate members, co-trusts, sub-ordinate trusts, affiliated trusts, worldwide Centres and all other entities and groups owned and controlled by the said main legal entity, viz. The srlcusa.org Logo,… etc. are service marks of srloveandcare.org. Our failure to list a current trademark is not a waiver of our intellectual property rights to that name or logo. Use of any of our trademarks by you, expressly or impliedly, inter alia in commerce, etc., shall be a violation of the law unless the same is with the express written permission of SRST.

In no event will SRLC be liable for (a) any indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages or (b) any damages whatsoever in excess of one hundred Indian Rupees ( Rs. 100.00 ) (including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of revenues, lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of use, business interruption, or other intangible losses), arising out of or in connection with the websites of, and allied with, srloveandcare.org(including, without limitation, use, inability to use, or the results of use of the srloveandcare.org websites), whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory and even if Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur has been advised (or should have known) of the possibility of such damages.
