Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care (SRLC) is an initiative of Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur to offer service and bring joy to the lives of the underserved sections of society. SRLC USA (Federal ID#: 81-5162502) is a 501(c)(3) US-based non-profit organization.
All Trustees and core team members are volunteers bringing their expertise in professional areas to work towards uplifting lives in local and global communities.
In the USA, several hundred volunteers support local service activities while supporting the work being done in India. SRLC is spread across over 100 centers globally.
Snehal Shah is the President of a small electronic distribution firm. He leads and manages the organization’s sales and distribution, executing in a highly competitive market. Snehal has a BSEE (BITS, Pilani), MSEE (Drexel University), and an MBA (Drexel University).
Snehal was involved in forming SRLC-USA as a trustee and has been the President since 2017, overlooking all aspects of the organization at the national level.

Dr. Chintan Mehta, MD is an internal medicine specialist in Phoenix, AZ. He currently practices at Affiliated Hospitalists Plc and is affiliated with HonorHealth John C. Lincoln Medical Center. Dr. Mehta is board certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Chintan leads the operations team of SRLC-USA. He is the primary liaison with the global headquarters of SRLC situated in India. Dr. Chintan has been engaged with SRLC for over 10 years and drives the day to day operations of the organization. He is strategically engaged in all national campaigns of the organization, primarily focusing on driving large fundraising drives and philanthropic partnerships.

Rajeev Gandhi has been with working at IBM for the last 35 years as a Senior Technical member of the company.
He has been involved in various SRLC activities since its start. He has been part of the many local seva initiatives and now oversees the different aspects of the organization and help drive the strategic direction of the organization.
Payal Kamdar is the CEO of VSolvit LLC (pronounced “We Solve It”), an award winning technology solutions provider acclaimed for its cost-effective and innovative offerings in data analytics, AI/ML, software development, geospatial solutions, engineering, and IT services.
She has been involved in various SRLC activities. She now oversees the different aspects of the organization and helps drive the strategic direction of the organization.
Mitesh Lakhani is Managing Partner at Raisol Capital, a Private Equity firm based in New York. With a focus on private aviation, digital marketing, and health care, Raisol assists portfolio companies through various inflection points by providing a diverse range of professional resources and facilitates capital deployment in a risk-mitigated way by aligning the requirements of the investor and entrepreneur.
Mitesh is an alumni of the University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School, where he concentrated on Entrepreneurial Management and Finance.
He has been active in SRLC for almost 10 years and has led various initiatives including fundraising, digital marketing, event management, and cross-department integration.

Chirag Shah is a Global Marketing Manager at Microchip Technology, facilitating channel strategies with semiconductor distributors worldwide.
He has been active with SRLC for over 10 years and has led various local initiatives in Phoenix, where he resides. Drawing inspiration from his Sadguru, he is blessed to offer services to communities in need.
Ravi Shah is a product leader at Google, has previously served as VP of Product at Global Traffic technologies, and in various engineering positions at IBM. He received his Masters in Computer Science from ASU, MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and Bachelor’s of Engineering from India.
He serves as the Grants and Corporate Partnerships Lead for SRLC-USA, and considers him fortunate to have a Sadguru in his life.
Devang is an Associate Director at Cognizant Technology. He has over 26 years of industry and enterprise-level program management, digital and product strategy expertise. He advises CXO leaders to optimize growth outcomes against financial and operational KPIs and has worked with startups and leading corporates such as Accenture, PWC, Southwest Airlines, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Samsung Electronics.
He is passionate about giving back to the community and has served on the SRLC USA team as a volunteer for over 10 years, mobilizing our national volunteer and fund-raising efforts in health, education and humanitarian care at a global scale. He is currently developing partnerships with global organizations such as Direct Relief.
Devang resides in the Dallas area and follows the spiritual teachings of his Sadguru to be a better self every day.
Parima Shah is an Engineering Manager at the ed tech startup, Outschool, where she saw the company move from a Series A to Series D company in the span of 15 months. Before Outschool, Parima had 10+ years of tech experience, working as an early employee at multiple successful startups, as well as large companies such as Google, Disney, Micron, and Capital One. Her service over the last five years ranges from hands-on work in schools in Gujarat to higher level organizational work to empower and mobilize volunteers. As a member of the Global Youth Committee and a core team member of SRLC-USA, she has proven to be a leader in the service space and a trusted member of her community.
Parima resides in the Bay Area and is also a professional yoga teacher, absorbing the teachings of her Sadguru, which has brought her balance, acceptance, and awareness.
Krish Kamdar is a recent graduate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business where he received degrees in Finance and Supply Chain Management. Krish was a part of a Fortune 500 transportation logistics company before joining a family run 3PL in the Chicagoland area.
Krish has spent the last 12+ years with SRLC and has been fortunate enough to be involved with many projects within America and abroad.
Sujay holds the is currently a Senior IT Manager at Kaiser Permanente, a nationally recognized healthcare institution. With a distinguished career spanning more than two decades, he brings a wealth of leadership experience, profound expertise in program planning, and a proven track record in project execution.
During his 7-year of service at SRLC, Sujay has successfully helmed major, high-profile campaigns throughout the United States. In his capacity, he provides strategic leadership to a team of over 25 SRLC volunteer center leads operating across the United States. Sujay is instrumental in the orchestration of charitable programs, the effective management of fundraising initiatives, and the comprehensive reporting of SRLC’s impactful contributions to the communities we serve.
Residing near Los Angeles, Sujay exemplifies a commitment to his volunteer work, informed by the spiritual teachings of his revered Sadguru. His dedication and professional acumen continue to make a significant impact on the causes he champions.
