For many tribal students, Shrimad Rajchandra Vidyapeeth represents more than just a college: it is their future, their hope for a better life.
Unfortunately, many tribal students from South Gujarat villages are limited to vocational, arts, or commerce occupations, as there is a shortage of Science College spots. In the entire district of Valsad, there exists only one Government Science College. In response to this critical need, Shrimad Rajchandra Vidyapeeth (SRV), a Science College, has been established.

Located at Karanjveri village in the Dharampur Taluka of Valsad district, Gujarat, SRV enables students to reach their full potential in the field of their choosing by instilling passion and skills within them. Our college provides holistic, high quality education by integrating academics, extra-curricular activities, and life skills.
One such example is the National Service Scheme (NSS), which is a community service program conducted by the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports in the government. Through this program, students can develop their characters through community service.
The government pays for the students’ education, and any additional costs incurred are paid for by us. With the support of Shrimad Rajchandra Vidyapeeth, students are able to follow their dreams and passions, paving the way for a brighter future for all!
THE STORY OF
A modern science college improving accessibility of higher education for aspiring tribal youth; the first and only science college across 238 villages.
We have five spacious laboratories (Chemistry, Microbiology, Botany, Physics and Computer Science). Each lab is well equipped for practical applications and research experiments.
Our modern classrooms are designed to provide an inspirational learning environment for students to put their innovative and curious minds to the best possible use.
Our extensive library contains reference books and titles covering a wide range of topics. The library is also equipped with an Internet access area.
Our spacious canteen takes care of the nutritional needs of the students and also offers mid day meals to students.
In order to support the all-round development of our students, we encourage our students to participate in vocational training, sports, performing arts, meditation and yoga.
A fully-equipped administration block provides facilities such as principal and faculty offices, meeting rooms and a reception area for the college.
